Under appropriate supervision CNA’s and PCA’s will perform Nursing Care Services which includes: bathing, toileting and continence care,grooming, shaving, dental care and oral hygiene, dressing and undressing, personal appearance, transferring and assistance with mobility, exercise, Assistance with eating, feeding fluids and proper nutrition, medication reminders, observing and reporting changes in clients condition, and “medically related activities” including the taking of vital signs in conjunction with the above tasks
